1] copy the file blsOnTopFormX.ocx to the system directory of windows (normally: c:\windows\system\ or c:\winnt\system\ for windows 2000)
2] click the start logo from the windows taskbar and choose 'run'
3] fill in the command: "regsvr32.exe c:\windows\system\blsOnTopFormX.ocx" (c:\windows\system\ stands for your system directory and could also be another destination!)
4] restart your system!

1] kopieren der datei blsOnTopFormX.ocx in das systemverzeichnis von windows (in der regel: c:\windows\system\ oder bei windows2000 c:\winnt\system\)
2] gehe in der taskleiste auf start und dort auf ausführen
3] folgenden befehl eingeben: "regsvr32.exe c:\windows\system\blsOnTopFormX.ocx" (wobei c:\windows\system\ wieder das systemverzeichnis ist und auch eine andere location besitzen kann!)
4] neustart von windows!
